Overall, your character is very well flushed out! I enjoy the sleekness to the game character, her subtle details are quite enjoyable. You have a great spec map on her, the details of her shiny, leather boots make her look like a bad-ass woman of the future!

However, there are some anatomical issues. Her head is way too big for her body (waist to be more specific), her shoulders are too large, width-wise to be a female (though she could be a manly one!), and her arms and feet are too small.

I feel you spent a huge amount of time on this to get the edgeflow just perfect (and it shows!), but her anatomy needs to be worked on.

To better explain my ratings:
Vision- Her depiction of being a future soldier is solid! But to make her more of a non-neutral character means adding more definition to her personal-character!

Originality- Very original, but I feel like I've seen her somewhere before. So my rating is just a little lower than I'm personally comfortable with giving (it was their concept as well).

Technique- Great usage of normal, spec and diffuse texture mapping! You worked hard on it and as I said, your edgeflow looks great!

Impact- 5/5 for making a 3D model that depicts exactly what she is suppose to be (or at least I assume what she's suppose to be), a Sci-Fi Future Soldier!!

Please keep working on her and I'll be excited, awaiting anxiously to see more come out of your fingertips later as you continue to work on more characters!

It's a character concept for a studio's art test, seems he took the same test.

Haha I've made animations in the past.
This character is for a video game though. :)

I've never used blender, but some of the things I've seen created using it are really impressive.
Have you ever used Maya or Zbrush?

If you're a really experimental person you should try Zbrush; it's a really easy program to use and there's a lot of artistic freedom. :)
